Dark cherry and a bit of anise come through, mingling with sweet plum, sticky caramel, and warm jam on the stovetop.

At 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 12% Petite Sirah this wine technically qualifies as a Cabernet Sauvignon. Co-fermented in 225L barrels, this wine is rich and nuanced.

La Vaquera is “the cowgirl” who isn’t following any rules.  An untraditional blend and a bold character.  Its flavors and spiced texture are excellent with smoked meats or wild game.

2014 was a knock-out year. This is an intensely rich, complex, and elegant wine. From fruit notes of juicy raspberry, sappy fresh blueberries, and hints of candied violets.

Very Limited Stock. 2013 was a knockout year; a well-balanced crop and a warm and steady growing season produced outstanding fruit.
